Colltex Mohair Climbing Skins 58X2000mm

The long skin from Colltex is made of 100% mohair for the best possible glide and attachment. Mohair is a material that has less friction compared to nylon and therefore glides better than nylon skin. This fell has no attachment at the back, which makes it easy to adapt to all ski lengths.



If you want to have even better properties on the skin, it pays to impregnate the skin with skin glue and proof, which also gives better glide. Mohair skins are the best option for cold weather and fresh snow. This skin is completely free of PFOA/PFC (fluorocarbons).



Maintenance and storage of skin: In order to maintain the characteristics of the skins for as long as possible, Colltex recommends that the skin is kept as clean as possible, that it is dried immediately after use and that glue and proof are applied to the skins at regular intervals. Store the skins in the included storage bag and avoid sunlight.
