Warranty

Neptune sells only high quality gear you can count on. If you believe there is a manufacturer's defect with an item you've purchased from Neptune, we will happily assist you through the warranty process. First, you'll need proof of purchase from Neptune to initiate a claim. Then, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. If the manufacturer determines the item is covered under their warranty policy, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion and returned to you. Neptune does not replace warranty items from our inventory. All items sent in for warranty evaluation must be clean or a cleaning fee will be assessed.
